Customer Support Representative – German – Remote, Greece
Work from anywhere in Greece while supporting German-speaking customers for a leading international company.
Your Role
- Communicate with customers in German via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate solutions and follow-up support.
- Keep CRM records updated.
- Collaborate remotely with your team.
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

- Fluent in German (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, motivated, and adaptable.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
