Your Role
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads in German.
- Present tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Follow up on leads to close sales opportunities.
- Update and manage CRM records accurately.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in German (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
