Your Role

• Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads in Dutch.
• Recommend products and services based on each customer’s needs.
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools from first contact to closing.
• Meet weekly targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt to different customer profiles.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
