Your Role
- Communicate with customers in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Meet service quality and satisfaction targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Norwegian (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, motivated, and adaptable.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
