Customer Support Representative – Hungarian – Remote, Greece

Your Role
- Communicate with customers in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Keep CRM records up to date.
- Collaborate with your team remotely.
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

- Fluent in Hungarian (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, motivated, and adaptable.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
