Your Role
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in Dutch.
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and recommend relevant products.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate remotely with a dynamic international team.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and self-motivation.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
