Your Role
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Document each issue and solution in internal systems.
- Escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Follow company processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Tech-savvy with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Excellent communication and patience with customers.
- Previous tech support or customer service experience is a plus.
