    Your Role

    • Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

    • Escalate complex cases to senior support when necessary.
    • Stay updated on product features and processes.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
    • Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills.
    • Customer-focused with excellent communication.
    • Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience in tech support or customer service is an advantage.
