- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support.
- Contribute to improving support processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and patience.
- Team player with adaptability.
- Experience in tech support is a plus.
