Your Role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide solutions to everyday issues.
- Record interactions in internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases when needed.
- Deliver exceptional service in Slovak.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Slovak (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and independent worker.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Stable internet connection for remote work.
