Your Role
- Assist customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Document all cases in CRM tools.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Deliver professional and empathetic service.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Slovak (native level) and conversational English (B1+).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural workplace.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
